At Blakes London, we’re passionate about creating beautiful and inspiring spaces. We design and build high-quality, bespoke kitchens, bathroom vanities, dressing rooms and joinery. But we do more than that. We work with you – taking a holistic approach to deliver innovative spaces and experiences that reflect your personality and lifestyle. That’s why we have no ranges or off-the-shelf designs. Every design is one of a kind. With us, what you get is fresh, beautiful and truly unique. We’re a boutique design firm who have always done things differently.

Your journey to achieving your dream kitchen or joinery project is as unique as the end result itself. Whether you come to us with only a vague idea of what you want or a full brief, we can help. We pride ourselves on asking the right questions, understanding your needs and interpreting your responses to produce a cohesive, beautiful design. Our design process is collaborative – never daunting. Our talented designers and craftspeople will work with you to design something that is perfectly tailored to your tastes and needs. Process

Step 1: Initial Consultation
We invite all our clients to the studio for an initial design consultation where we take a detailed brief to appreciate how you intend to use the space.

To help us understand your style, you may opt to bring images to show us. We can also share ideas, samples and pictures to help guide the discussion. ”

Step 2: Design development
We develop a design and quotation for you based on the detailed brief we’ve taken. ”

Step 3: Present design
We invite you back into the studio for a fun – and, we hope, exciting – meeting where we unveil a concept design to you.

You may fall in love with our design immediately, or we may need to go away and make some changes. ”

Step 4: Design approval and order confirmation
Once we’ve developed the design to the point that you’re delighted with it, we wait for your confirmation. ”

Step 5: Site survey
On confirmation of the order we send our survey manager out to measure up. ”

Step 6: Sign off
After the site survey, any resulting changes needed to the design are usually made. ”

Step 7: Installation
Kitchen installation takes place which includes painting, worktop cutting and snagging.”
