LEAD TIMES

Our built-to-order bedside table collection is available on an 8–12-week lead time. For bulk orders it may be possible to reduce the lead time. Contact our sales team should you wish to discuss your bulk order in more detail. Please email contact@blakeslondon.com or contact our customer support team on 020 3771 8176.

 

DELIVERY 

Delivery of our store-bought items is via local courier, usually DPD. UK mainland delivery is charged at £50 for the first item and £25 for each item thereafter. We reserve the right to pass on any additional charges for deliveries to remote parts of the UK such as the Highlands & Islands. For bulk orders we may be able to obtain preferential shipping rates. Should this be relevant to your order please contact our customer service team.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do offer international shipping. We recommend you contact us for further details. Blakes London do not bear any responsibility for any customs and import duties incurred as a result of international deliveries. Refer to the customs regulations of your import country for details of associated fees.

 

CLICK & COLLECT

If you wish to avoid delivery charges you are welcome to collect your items from our Studio in London, SW12. Check out as normal online, ignoring the delivery charge that will be shown on the first screen. On the payment screen you will be offered a collection option, when you check this box, the delivery charge will be removed and shown as £0.00. You will be notified via email that your item is ready for collection. All items need to be collected within 14 days, to avoid the incursion of warehousing fees. Our studio is open Monday – Friday, 9.00 – 18.00. Please note Bank Holiday and Christmas opening times may vary.   

 

RETURNS

Because these items are made to order we regretfully cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely eventuality that your item arrives faulty, please contact us with images and details of the damage. Should the items arrive damaged in transit, please note this on the couriers signed for documentation and notify us within 24 hours.
